At Guardian Outfitters, we stand behind the gear we sell. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
- Exclusions: Final sale, clearance, or custom items; body armour, undergarments, and hygiene products for safety reasons
🔄 How to Start a Return
- Email us at orders@guardianoutfitters.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and shipping details.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Need a different size or item? Contact us within the return window and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
