Bulk security uniform order: folded grey uniform shirt, duty belt, hi-vis vest and security toque

Guardian Outfitters runs a B2B corporate portal for licensed security companies and agencies across Canada. Once your account is set up, you log in to see your company's own uniforms, gear and pricing, place bulk orders online without phone calls or email threads, and reorder past orders in a few clicks. Every corporate account is also assigned a dedicated account manager at our North York store for custom work, sizing questions and anything the portal doesn't cover.

Below is how the portal works, what it saves you in time and money, and how to set up an account before the winter reorder rush.

Who the B2B Portal Is For

The portal is built for the people who keep a security lineup outfitted: agency owners, operations managers, procurement contacts, and the site supervisor or office admin who ends up doing the ordering. It sits on its own corporate website, separate from our retail store, so your team only sees what's been set up for your company.

For the guards themselves, the payoff is simple: the right shirt, crest and duty kit on day one, instead of waiting on a back-and-forth about sizes and logos while they work a shift in borrowed gear.

How the Portal Saves Time

Set it up once, then reorder

Your catalogue, pricing and past orders are saved to your account. When a new hire starts or a site needs fresh stock, you open a previous order, adjust quantities and sizes, and submit. No rebuilding the order from scratch, no re-explaining which shirt colour your company uses.

Hand ordering off to anyone on your team

Because your products are already set up, ordering no longer depends on the owner or one senior manager remembering the details. You can have an admin, scheduler or supervisor place orders with confidence that they're picking from your company's own catalogue at your company's pricing.

No email chains, no phone tag

You don't need to send an email, wait for a quote, reply with sizes, and chase a confirmation. Log in, order, done, on your schedule, including outside our store hours. Your account manager is there when you want to talk to someone, not as a step every order has to pass through.

How the Portal Saves Money

  • Company pricing, visible at login. Your bulk pricing is built into your account, so every order is priced for your company without requesting a new quote each time.
  • Fewer ordering mistakes. Ordering from a set catalogue cuts down on wrong colours, wrong crests and wrong items, each of which costs time, reshipping and a guard waiting on gear.
  • Easier budgeting. With past orders in one place, it's simpler to see what a new-hire kit or a seasonal restock actually costs your team and plan ahead for it.

Your Uniforms, Your Gear, Your Catalogue

The portal shows your company's own products: your uniform shirts with your crest, your patches, your duty gear, at your pricing. We handle custom work in-house, including cresting on shirts, jackets, sweaters and vests. Full custom uniform orders run on a 3–5 day turnaround.

Commonly set up in corporate catalogues:

  • Crested uniform shirts, sweaters and jackets
  • Security patches (embroidered, reflective, with or without Velcro) and epaulettes
  • Duty belt kits and handcuff pouches
  • Hi-vis vests with SECURITY front and back
  • Winter toques
  • Memo books for incident notes
  • Complete new hire kits

Real Support: Your Dedicated Account Manager

Self-serve ordering doesn't mean you're on your own. Every corporate client is assigned an account manager who knows your account, your products and your pricing. They set up your catalogue, help with new custom items, sort out sizing for a new site, and step in if something needs attention on an order.

We're a physical store at 3240 Dufferin Street in North York, and our B2B desk is reachable at (416) 901-7770 ext. 102. When you do need a person, you get one who already knows your company.

Getting Your Team Ready for a GTA Winter

October is when Toronto-area agencies start restocking for winter: toques, insulated jackets, and hi-vis layers for guards working in the dark by 5 p.m. and standing in slush at site entrances. Setting up a corporate account now means those seasonal orders and every restock after are a reorder, not a new project. Our winter security gear guide covers what guards actually need for cold-weather shifts.

Uniform and equipment rules for Ontario security guards are set under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (see O. Reg. 552/07). Always confirm current requirements with your employer or the Ministry before finalizing a uniform spec.

How to Open a Corporate Account

  1. Apply online. Fill out the corporate account application with your company name, team size and the gear you need.
  2. Meet your account manager. They'll set up your catalogue, custom products and company pricing.
  3. Log in and order. Place your first order online, and reorder whenever you need to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can open a Guardian Outfitters corporate account?

Corporate accounts are for licensed security companies and agencies across Canada. All purchasers must be 18 or older.

Do you offer bulk pricing for security companies?

Yes. Each corporate account gets company pricing built into the portal, so bulk rates apply automatically when you order. Your account manager can walk you through pricing for your team size.

Can I reorder the same uniforms for new hires?

Yes. Your past orders and your company's products are saved to your account, so outfitting a new hire is a matter of reordering and adjusting sizes.

Do I have to call or email to place an order?

No. Orders are placed directly through the portal. Your account manager is available whenever you'd like help, but it isn't required for routine orders.

I'm a guard. Can I order my own gear?

Yes, individual guards can shop duty gear, uniforms and winter layers on our retail site or in store. If your employer has a corporate account, ask them how company orders are handled.
